UK Delivery available. Orders are only despatched on Fridays via Royal Mail.

RETURNS POLICIES

Damaged Goods

​

If the goods purchased from L’Atelier11.uk are damaged on arrival, please inform us by email to hello@latelier11.uk within 3 days of receipt, together with proof of purchase.

Goods must be returned, including the original packaging, within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, excluding any postage charges.

Other Returns

​

If, for any other reason, you are unhappy with your purchase from L’Atelier11 and you wish to return the goods, you must inform us by email to hello@latelier11.uk within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, together with proof of purchase.

Goods must then be returned in the same condition and packaging, as received from us, and within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange, excluding any postage charges.

We will email to confirm receipt.

We strongly recommend that you return your purchase fully insured through the Royal Mail Special Delivery service or international equivalent as we cannot accept any responsibility for any returned items that are lost or stolen. 

​

Upon receipt of the goods in accordance with the above, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid, or an exchange credit as required. We can only credit a refund to the original purchaser’s card.
